Signs you can be a sensitive personality type (HSP) : If you often get the strong urge to retreat and resort to solitude to soothe your senses or your stimulation levels, you could be sensitive. If you always pay attention to the details of everything and quickly notice changes in your environment, the chances are that you are more than just a sleuth. When you know someone’s watching you or have to compete against someone, your performance drops instantly and surprisingly this habit of continually thinking about what your peers think about you is a sign of sensitivity.
Are you a highly sensitive person? Do you know someone in your personal or professional life who may be highly sensitive? Everyone hates violence and cruelty, but for highly sensitive people, seeing or hearing about it can be extremely unsettling. You might be an HSP if you can’t watch very scary, gory, or violent movies without getting upset or even feeling physically ill.
